Hey there, I’m Ruth
Like you, I spent years longing for the ability to do things on my own terms, freedom but believed it would have to come at the expense of a solid, predictable income security. As a business owner I found that most of my decisions were fear-based. What if . . . ? I knew there were possibilities for growth but the unknown felt too risky.
I could have kept on going but in 2015 I made the decision to take a deeper look at what was happening inside of me.
Once I gained an understanding of the internal tug-of-war going on in me . . . the “parts” of me were pulling in opposing directions . . . I began to finally experience an alignment in my mind and body.
This newfound freedom gave me the ability to make business decisions from my authentic Self instead of coddling the “parts” of me that were deeply wounded and insecure.
